The following are updates on supports from services for students across campus. Please continue to check the service areas’ websites or voicemail for the most up-to-date information.
Student Accessibility Services remains open to support you virtually.  They are currently rebooking all face-to-face appointments/intakes to be done over phone or email.  They can arrange to connect with you by email, phone or a video call. Accessibility Counsellors will continue to book appointments  for phone calls.  Email your accessibility counsellor directly and they should respond within a few hours.  You may also email
Questions about  Alternate Exams Scheduling?  Professors will be messaging you about any tests that were to take place up until the exam period and within the final exam period and if they are going ahead as planned or if they will be offering an alternate format.  The Alternate Exam/Test Scheduling website will be updated regularly as information about past and future bookings becomes available.  Thank you for your patience as things are sorted out as quickly as possible.
Students whose accommodations include extended time for on-line tests and exams can refer to to assist their instrutors with set up.
Student Counselling & Development supports can be reached by calling their main number 416-736-5297. Glendon Counselling and Accessibility Services can also be reached by calling the number at Keele 416-736-5297. Counselling support will be provided via telephone. Osgoode and FGS counsellors continue to offer counselling via video conferencing and can be reached through online booking on their websites. The Psychology Clinic is available to staff, students, and faculty and is offering services via video conferencing.

Bethune College supports are as follows:

  • Bethune Writing Centre now online Book an appointment and connect via Zoom (directions)
  • Peer Tutoring and Peer Advising cancelled
  • PASS sessions will be cancelled this week and are being planned to move to Zoom next week
  • Bethune Formal on March 20th has been cancelled

Learning Skills Services has cancelled all workshops. However,  Learning Skills Peer Academic Coaching appointments will be available online, beginning March 23 until April 3.  For details as they become available, please follow the link for booking information and available time slots. York International has moved to online, phone or email advising for all services.  International students can meet with an advisor virtually from wherever they are!

Students can  now meet with an International Student Advisor & Immigration Specialist online!  Sign up for an appointment and York International Advisors will use Zoom to have a video advising session with students.  Prefer to talk over the phone?  That’s available as well!
