This year, the Lassonde School of Engineering is hosting the 10th Annual Nano Ontario Conference on the York University Campus. Nano Ontario is a not-for-profit organization that represents the interests of academic, government, industrial and finance community members in the development of nanotechnologies in Ontario.
The conference is meant to highlight the thriving Nanoscale research ecosystem in Ontario and beyond by featuring keynote speakers, invited speakers, poster sessions, a panel discussion and more. This year's theme focuses on understanding and exploiting nanoscale science in novel materials and devices.
In addition to attending the conference, you are invited to submit an abstract or nominate someone for one of five Nano Ontario Awards for Ontario female scientists and engineers.

FEMALE SCIENTISTS & ENGINEERS AWARDS NOMINATIONS
Nano Ontario is pleased to launch our 3rd call for the program of awards for Ontario female scientists and engineers engaged in nano-related R&D at a university or company in Ontario.
The awards will be presented at the 2019 Nano Ontario conference to be held at York University on November 28th and 29th, 2019. Details on the award categories and how to submit a nomination here.
All nominations are due by October 20, 2019.
