Who can be an advisor?
Advisors are current Lassonde faculty or staff members. Student clubs may want to check with the Chairs of their departments to see if there are any faculty members assigned to their clubs. Club advisors will be forwarded copies of their mid and final term reports.

Starting a new club is a start of a new chapter here at Lassonde. There are often clubs that share a similar path that are already well structured and developed and can instead work together to establish a stronger presence in the community.

The Bergeron Centre for Engineering Excellence has a limited number of student club spaces available for student clubs and organizations officially recognized by the the Lassonde School of Engineering, Student Community and Leadership Development (SC&LD) and York Federation of Students (YFS). There are more student clubs and organizations than available office spaces.
All Lassonde clubs/organizations interested in obtaining an office must fill out a Lassonde Registration form (Start/Renew Club) and a Space application form.
The deadline to submit the Club Subsidy Funding Application is September 30th.
