DESCRIPTION:Do you want to address some of the greatest challenges facing your community and make a positive impact, all while following your passions?\nThe BEST Program at York University’s Lassonde School of Engineering is hosting its annual BEST Start Up Experience from March 8 – 10, 2024 at the Bergeron Centre.\nMeet fellow students and work together in teams to come up with solutions to various challenges. Then, develop a business case and pitch your idea to a panel of judges.\nWinners will have the opportunity to pilot their idea on campus, in addition to winning monetary prizes ($1,500 for 1st place, $1,000 for 2nd place and $600 for 3rd place).\nApplication deadline: February 23, 2024. To apply for the BEST Startup Experience, please follow the registration process found on the BEST Program website.\n
