C&#8217;est pourquoi nous investissons toujours davantage dans notre personnel, notre environnement et nos infrastructures : pour promouvoir l&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9, la diversit\u00e9 et l&#8217;inclusion et soutenir nos ing\u00e9nieurs, scientifiques et entrepreneurs \u00e0 atteindre les objectifs en d\u00e9veloppement durable des Nations Unies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-default-font-size\">Nos actions visant \u00e0 renforcer l&#8217;EDI ont consist\u00e9 \u00e0 allouer un financement de d\u00e9marrage \u00e0 des projets d&#8217;\u00e9tudiants et de professeurs en phase avec les objectifs de l&#8217;\u00c9cole comme la promotion de l&#8217;excellence dans les communaut\u00e9s noires, un processus de d\u00e9colonisation, la valorisation de l&#8217;indig\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9, l&#8217;aide \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite des \u00e9tudiants de premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et l&#8217;inclusivit\u00e9 dans les exp\u00e9riences d&#8217;apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 travers notre Acad\u00e9mie k2i, nous avons pu reconduire notre partenariat avec les conseils scolaires publics afin d&#8217;offrir aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de la maternelle au secondaire des exp\u00e9riences d&#8217;apprentissage enrichissantes dans le domaine des STIM. Unique en son genre, cette initiative en \u00e9ducation communautaire vise \u00e0 promouvoir l&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9, \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les obstacles syst\u00e9miques que rencontrent les individus sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans les STIM, et \u00e0 ouvrir la voie aux programmes Lassonde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la BEST Startup Experience, qui soutient les id\u00e9es novatrices d&#8217;entrepreneurs en herbe, \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9largissement des occasions pour les femmes dans le domaine des STIM, d\u00e9couvrez comment Lassonde g\u00e9n\u00e8re et cultive un environnement o\u00f9 chaque les ing\u00e9nieurs experts en technologies num\u00e9riques repr\u00e9sentent un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel pour les organisations dans de nombreux secteurs.
