Face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis extraordinaires n\u00e9cessitant des solutions complexes, nos chercheurs qualifi\u00e9s se sont engag\u00e9s dans des collaborations uniques, m\u00e9langeant divers domaines d\u2019expertise pour d\u00e9velopper des solutions efficaces dans de nombreux secteurs, notamment les soins de sant\u00e9, les transports, le g\u00e9nie a\u00e9rospatial, la gestion des ressources en eau et bien plus encore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2022-2023, nous avons remis en question les id\u00e9es conventionnelles, abord\u00e9 des projets audacieux et appliqu\u00e9 nos connaissances d\u2019experts pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 plusieurs objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable des Nations Unies (ODD de l\u2019ONU). Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de rendre la formation des astronautes plus inclusive ou de d\u00e9velopper un nouvel outil de d\u00e9tection des microplastiques, nos recherches ont un impact concret. La premi\u00e8re unit\u00e9 de recherche organis\u00e9e est le&nbsp;MTEC&nbsp;(Centre de fabrication, de technologie et d\u2019entrepreneuriat) et la deuxi\u00e8me est le&nbsp;MOVE (Centre d\u2019innovation pour la mobilit\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, 38 chercheurs de Lassonde ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une initiative de 318,4 millions de dollars, \u00ab\u00a0Connected Minds: Neural and Machine Systems for a Healthy, Just Society\u00a0\u00bb, qui vise \u00e0 d\u00e9finir et \u00e0 transformer l\u2019avenir des technologies d\u2019IA socialement responsables. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apprenez-en davantage sur la fa\u00e7on dont Lassonde m\u00e8ne des initiatives percutantes afin de cr\u00e9er des solutions pour un monde plus juste et plus durable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<div  class=\"wp-block-acf-heading quote typewriter\">\n\t<h3 class=\"title has-hero-font-size\"> \n\t\t&#8220;Connected Minds t\u00e9moigne de l\u2019ADN interdisciplinaire de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 York. En collaboration avec des scientifiques de Caltech et de McGill, l\u2019\u00e9quipe est install\u00e9e \u00e0 la station de recherche arctique de McGill (MARS) sur l\u2019\u00eele Axel Heiberg, au Nunavut, o\u00f9 les conditions sont similaires \u00e0 celles de la plan\u00e8te rouge. Leur objectif principal est de comprendre la biosignature du m\u00e9thane et ses implications potentielles pour la vie extraterrestre. Avec le soutien de l\u2019Agence spatiale canadienne et de partenaires prestigieux, ils d\u00e9veloppent un spectrom\u00e8tre avanc\u00e9 pour mesurer avec pr\u00e9cision le m\u00e9thane sur Mars. Cette \u00e9tude interdisciplinaire r\u00e9volutionnaire permet non seulement d\u2019approfondir notre compr\u00e9hension de l\u2019habitabilit\u00e9 de Mars, mais aussi d\u2019obtenir des
