To Use the Podium Computer   

  1. On the Creston display, touch the “Podium Computer” option. 
  2. Select which projector you want to display, or you can select “ALL” to display on all the projectors.  
  3. Sign into the Podium computer using your PPY username and password. NOTE: Only faculty and staff can sign into the Podium computers; student accounts may not work.  
  4. In the podium, there is a lapel microphone that you can wear for sound reinforcement. To turn it on, slide the switch to the far right on the top left hand side of the microphone pack.  
  5. On the Creston touch display, click “Microphone” and make sure the microphone is not muted.  

To Use a Personal Device  

  1. Locate the HDMI cable on the podium and plug it into your device. Depending on your device, an adapter may be necessary. The adapter may be on the provided adapter ring, or you may need to bring your own.  
  2. On the Crestron display, touch the “Laptop” option.  
  3. Select the “HDMI” option.
  4. Select which projector you want to display, or you can select “ALL” to display on all the projectors.  
  5. On your computer, go to the volume setting and change the speaker to “Crestron” so your computer audio plays through the room.  
  6. In the podium, there is a lapel microphone that you can wear for sound reinforcement. To turn it on, slide the switch to the far right on the top left hand side of the microphone pack.  
  7. On the Creston display, touch “Microphone” and make sure the microphone is not muted.
