Send an e-mail to the mechanical technicians asking for a time for training.* <br>2.  Enter the rental equipment website and book a day and a time (<strong>at least 24 hours in advance<\/strong>).<br><mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">3.  <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Training must be provided by the Mechanical Engineering Technicians before equipment can be used. A refresher training should be done every 6 months.<\/mark><\/mark><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><br><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">4.  <\/mark><strong><mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Before the training or using the equipment, the user must read the documentation related to the equipment (Operating Manual and Safety instructions, SOPs, videos, etc.). <\/mark><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">All the documentation of the equipment <\/mark>can be accessed from the rental website.<\/strong><br>5.  Inspect the equipment prior to each use for any deficiencies or damage. <mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Please report all damaged or missing equipment to the mechanical technicians immediately.<\/mark><\/mark><br>6.
