2023 – 2024 Research Highlights
Software Engineering for and with Artificial Intelligence
During the past year, I have been working on the area of software engineering for and with AI. In particular, with the popularity of the generative technologies (e.g., OpenAI’s ChatGPT and GitHub’s co-pilot), I have been working actively in the area of leveraging the foundation models to solve software engineering problems and developing engineering methodology to improve the engineering rigor of AI-based applications. In addition, I have also been involved with various activities in terms of building up the AIware community, which we believe will the future form of software by integrating AI components.
