The CubeSats demonstration

This video demonstrates a swarm of leaderless CubeSats successfully capturing a tumbling rocket stage in orbit. The CubeSats operate under a self-organized control algorithm that can scale to accommodate any number of agents within the swarm. Additionally, this flexible algorithm adapts to various shapes and sizes of target objects.  The capture of the target object showcases the potential applications of this technology in active debris removal, on-orbit servicing, and on-orbit assembly tasks. It highlights its versatility and importance in maintaining a sustainable space environment as well as showcases innovative developments in space technology
