On February 5, the NSERC CREATE–SMART program hosted a hybrid Collaborators and PIs Meeting at York University, bringing together a strong and diverse group of faculty members, trainees, industry leaders, and community partners. The highly attended session featured research presentations, discussions on Indigenous community engagement, and plans for SMART’s living lab initiatives—reinforcing a shared commitment to advancing smart mobility research and training. Now in its first year, CREATE–SMART is led by MOVE member Professor Gunho Sohn, with many MOVE members serving as Co-PIs and collaborators. We look forward to continued collaboration with all partners as we build innovative, socially responsible mobilitysolutions through CREATE.
