The SARIT Project is a research partnership between Canadian Automotive Magnate, Frank Stronach, and York University’s Lassonde School of Engineering to build a living lab for the next generation of electric vehicles. Since 2021, York University has served as a living lab for the vehicle, with faculty, students and staff running real-life tests, development and improvement of the vehicles in different use cases such as parking enforcement, food delivery, enhanced mobility, recycling and maintenance.
