Connect Wirelessly – Mersive Solstice App installed (Video conferencing)

1. On the Panel Located on the wall near the television, press the ON button and then the Computer Icon button to display the Solstice pod.
2. On your Computer, Open the Mersive Solstice app.
3. In the top search bar, enter the numbers following “http://” on the display
4. When prompted, enter the 4-digit key and toggle on “Connect to room camera and mic” to use the room’s camera, microphone, and speakers in a video conference. If the camera does not load hit the black button on the wall under the TV.
5. In your video conferencing app, change the settings to select Logitech Meetup as your camera. The microphone and speaker should be Echo Canceling Speakerphone (Logitech Meetup).
6. Select to share your desktop, app window, or a browser tab. Enable audio if needed. Note: This will not share your screen in your video conferencing app; you still need to select screen share with that

Connect Wirelessly – Web Browser from your Laptop (Screen sharing, no video conferencing)

1. On the Panel Located on the wall near the television, press the ON button and then the Computer Icon button to display the Solstice pod.
2. Ensure your laptop is connected to AirYorkPlus or AirYorkGuest.
3. Open a web browser (Chrome and Firefox preferred).
4. Go to the URL on the Solstice display. It begins with “http://” and is followed by a series of numbers.
   • Click “share my screen” on your computer. You may need to change or accept additional settings to allow this
   • Enter the 4-digit screen key on the Solstice display.
   • Your browser will attempt to share the screen.

Connect with HDMI and USB (Video conferencing)

1. To display Audio and video, connect the HDMI cable to your device. To use the room’s built-in Camera and Microphone, plug in the USB Cable. If the camera does not load, hit the black button on the wall under the TV.
2. If you are using the camera and microphone in your video conferencing app, change the settings to select Logitech Meetup as your camera. The microphone and speaker should be Echo Canceling Speakerphone (Logitech Meetup).
