Software applications are available to use on Lassonde managed workstations, personal workstations and mobile devices.  Some apps are available to use through your web browser, for easy access.

• Contact Lassonde IT – Use Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and Teams through your web browser, or install it on up to five Windows, macOS or mobile devices
• PDF Apps – Contact Lassonde IT for instructions on creating and editing PDF files

Osgoode Managed Workstation

These software titles are installed automatically on Osgoode managed workstations.

• Microsoft 365 Apps – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and Teams
• Mozilla Firefox
• PDF-XChange Pro (Windows devices only)
• VPN (Pulse Secure)
• Trend Micro Apex One Anti-Virus
• VLC Media Player

Personal Devices

These software titles are available on to install on your personal devices.

MyApps

MyApps gives you virtual access to applications such as SIS, R25, Adobe Acrobat Professional and PDF-XChange PRO.

1. Sign in to https://myapps.yorku.ca/ using your Passport York credentials
2. The first time, you will be prompted to install the AppsAnywhere plugin
3. Click the green button below the application you want to launch

Vendor quotes are provided for software purchases.  Prices vary depending on the type of equipment or software being purchased.  Annual licensing fees may also apply for some software.
