Dr. Sadeghi-Naini is an Associate Professor and York Research Chair in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Lassonde School of Engineering, York University. He is also a cross-appointed Scientist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and a Member of Temerty Centre for AI Research and Education in Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto. Dr. Sadeghi-Naini is a recipient of numerous research awards and recognition including an Early Researcher Award from the Ontario Ministry of Colleges and Universities. The focus of his research program is to develop quantitative imaging and biomarker technologies integrated with AI, machine learning, and computational modeling techniques for characterizing, monitoring, and predicting different biological processes.
