Navigating undergraduate studies can be daunting. We are committed to supporting our students, and have created this informational hub to answer your questions.
Join the QLess Line to Speak With the Undergraduate Office Directly:
If you have inquiries about Registration / Enrollment / Prerequisites / GPA Requirements, join the line via the QLess app. Students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. You will need to download the app on your smartphone from Google Play or the Apple App Store. You can also join via the online kiosk: and select the “Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS)” queue at York University to connect with a EECS Program Support Assistant. Choose in-person or telephone appointment. Once you have joined the line, you will receive real time text messages to provide you updates.
When It’s Your Turn:
Phone: EECS Program Support Assistant will call you.
In-person: Go to the EECS Undergraduate Office Front Desk in the Lassonde building (LAS 1012F).
QLess Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Summer Hours (Friday before Victoria Day to Labor Day) Monday to Thursday 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The Undergraduate Office is unavailable on statutory holidays or during university closures.
