Join our program ambassadors for a tour of our teaching, prototyping, and student-led spaces, and hear firsthand about their experiences at Lassonde.

📝 What To Expect

• Duration: Tours usually run for about an hour, with time during and after the tour for questions.
• Attire: Although the tour mainly takes place indoors, we may be travelling to other buildings on campus. We suggest wearing comfortable shoes and checking the weather forecast in advance.

🚗 How To Get Here

• Lassonde Tours begin in the first-floor lobby of the Bergeron Centre for Engineering Excellence (show map). Please note that the Lassonde Building is a separate building, and tours do not depart from there.
• If you’re taking public transit, there are two TTC stations on Keele Campus: York University Station (Subway) and Pioneer Village Station (Subway & Local Buses). We recommend using Google Maps to get walking instructions from your transit stop to the Bergeron Centre.
• If you’re driving to campus, please explore parking information and options. Whether you are parking in a visitor lot, on-street, or in one of our garages, download the HonkMobile App in advance to make a payment. If you are parking in the Arboretum Lane Parking Garage, which is just steps away from the Bergeron Centre, you can use this Express Link to make a payment on the day of your tour before you leave your car.
• Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time to allow time for check-in and introductions. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals.

👋 Once You Arrive

• Check in at the front desk located by the first-floor entrance of the Bergeron Centre.
• Let our ambassadors know if you require any assistance or accommodations so we can best support you on the tour.
• If you arrive after the tour start time, we will do our best to connect you with the tour guides, but this may be difficult once the tour is already underway. Alternatively, you are welcome to take a self-guided tour — campus maps are available at the front desk, and you may also explore on your own using digital maps and/or our Lassonde Virtual Tour.
