Join the Drop-in Line

Download the QLess app via your smartphone (Android users, Apple users) and search for “Lassonde”. Our drop-in queue is called “Academic Advising Drop-in”.

You can also join via the virtual kiosk.

Once you have joined the line, you will receive real time text messages to provide you updates. This allows you to wait where you want, how you want.

When it is your turn:

– If selecting telephone, an Academic Advisor will call you when it is your turn.
– If selecting in-person, proceed to the 1st floor lobby of the Bergeron Centre for Engineering Excellence. An Academic Advisor will greet you when it is your turn.
– If selecting virtual, you will get a link to our zoom room. An Academic Advisor will meet with you in a separate breakout room.

During peak periods or in response to unforeseen circumstances, in-person sessions may be facilitated via telephone or Zoom instead.

We appreciate your patience as we work to assist all students in the queue.
